Hawa Mahal
Hawa Mahal, built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, is a five-storied palace in Jaipur renowned for its unique honeycomb façade with 365 small windows. This 87-foot-high pyramidal structure was designed to allow royal women to observe street life discreetly. Its intricate latticework and pink sandstone construction reflect Rajput architectural elegance at the heart of Jaipur’s historic district.
